Independent Education Evaluation

If you think the school's evaluation does not accurately measure your child's need for special education services, you may request an independent education evaluation (IEE).  DePelchin Children's Center conducts IEEs in the area of autism as eligibility for special services. Typically a school district will provide a list of qualified providers who do not work for the school district, or a parent may request that a particular agency or individual do the evaluation.
